Terms of Service

1. Services

UniDocs provides design and documentation services including but not limited to presentation design, report formatting, poster design, pitch decks, data visualization and social media kits. All services are delivered digitally via WhatsApp or Google Drive.

2. Orders & Confirmation

An order is confirmed only after the client shares complete requirements and UniDocs provides a written quote via WhatsApp or Instagram DM. Work begins only after both parties agree on scope, timeline and price in writing.

3. Payment Policy

• Orders below ₹300 — full payment required upfront at order confirmation.
• Orders of ₹300 and above — 50% payment due at order confirmation before work begins; remaining 50% due before the final file is released.
• All payments via UPI only (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm).
• UPI payment screenshot must be shared as confirmation for each installment.
• No final file will be released until the second payment is received and confirmed.
• For repeat clients with an established history, payment terms may be adjusted at UniDocs' discretion.

4. Revisions

Every order includes up to 2 free minor revisions. A revision covers minor changes — text edits, color changes, and layout adjustments. It does not include complete redesigns, change of topic, or addition of new slides/pages beyond the original scope. Additional revisions are chargeable and quoted separately before work begins.

5. Turnaround Time

Estimated delivery times are shared at order confirmation. Timelines begin only after the advance payment is received and all required content is submitted by the client. Delays caused by late content submission by the client are not the responsibility of UniDocs and may extend the delivery timeline.

6. Urgent Orders

Orders requiring delivery within 6 hours are classified as urgent and carry a 50% surcharge on the base price. For urgent orders, full payment upfront may be required regardless of order value.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client is solely responsible for the accuracy, originality and legality of all content provided to UniDocs. UniDocs designs and formats content as received — we do not verify factual accuracy, plagiarism or ownership of client-submitted material.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives complete ownership of the final delivered file. UniDocs retains the right to display anonymized versions of the work in its portfolio and on Instagram unless the client explicitly requests confidentiality in writing before order confirmation. Confidential projects are handled at no extra charge.

9. Confidentiality

UniDocs will not share, sell or distribute any client content, files, data or personal information to any third party under any circumstances. All client materials are deleted from our systems within 30 days of project completion unless retention is specifically requested.

10. Academic Integrity

UniDocs provides design, formatting and visual presentation services only. We do not write original academic content, essays or assignments on behalf of clients. Clients are solely responsible for ensuring their use of our services complies with their institution's academic integrity and plagiarism policies. UniDocs bears no responsibility for any academic consequences.

11. Refund Policy

• Advance payment (50%) is non-refundable once work has begun.
• If UniDocs fails to deliver within the agreed timeline without prior communication, the advance is fully refundable.
• If the delivered work significantly deviates from the agreed scope, UniDocs will offer a full redo at no additional cost as the primary resolution.
• No refunds are issued after the final file has been delivered and the second payment has been received.

12. Cancellations

Clients may cancel before work begins for a full refund of the advance. Once work has begun, the advance is non-refundable. UniDocs reserves the right to cancel an order and refund the advance if the provided content is found to be illegal, plagiarized or in violation of any applicable law.

13. Limitation of Liability

UniDocs is not liable for any academic, professional, financial or reputational consequences arising from the use of delivered files. Our total liability in any dispute is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific order in question.

14. Privacy Policy

UniDocs collects only the minimum information necessary to fulfill your order — your name, contact details and project requirements. We do not store payment information. We do not share your data with any third party. Project files are deleted within 30 days of completion. You may request immediate deletion of your data at any time by contacting us via Instagram or WhatsApp.
